From Quote to Acceptance
1. Requirement check
We read the full solicitation, including attachments, clauses, delivery terms and amendments, and ask questions through the channel the notice specifies.
2. Supplier and origin check
Before quoting, we get a written supplier quote, confirm the lead time, and record the manufacturer, part number and country of origin.
3. Firm quote
Our price includes delivery to your location unless the solicitation says otherwise. Anything we cannot meet is stated plainly in the quote.
4. Delivery tracking
One contact tracks the order and confirms the delivery appointment. If anything changes, we tell you in writing early.
5. Acceptance and closeout
We provide packing lists and documents for receiving, and invoice through the system named in your order.
